They gave us a standard king room with a view of a water tank, very comfortable bedding plus up-to-date bathrooms. Really nice restaurant served Chilean specialities.

Spotless, fair value hotel, the location was perfect and magnificent close to Santa Cruz, next to the plaza and the Casino, the park after midnight, and the museum, casino and the Santa Cruz winery. The rooms were updated and mine was modern with sparkling wine and very comfortable bedding, for example. Thanks to the very very helpful staff everything was great. Couldn't recommend more this place and can't wait to come back.

The hotel is an attractive venue with a wonderful and incredible location next to Casino Colchagua. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is well-appointed and great-sized, with a view. The delicious breakfast includes toast, omelets, and eggs cooked to order.
